Today's cycling

It's danger today, my wheel isn't locked properly,when I go uphill on Sinhai bridge,my wheel is loose suddenly, and it just touch my back brake, my bike is hard to move on.I take off my bike shoes from pedals very fast in case to fall down,I don't know why is happended, any way , I fix this problem in this afternoon.
